About Human-Centered Ops
Human-Centered Ops [HCO] is the idea that running world-class operations is more than data and systems. Ops is driving change. And meaningful change is built upon relationships.
So, that’s what this blog is about: the yin and yang of hard and soft skills that creates transformational SaaS (or any industry) operations. A “if Ted Lasso was really good in Salesforce” kind of thing.
Management guru Peter Drucker dedicated his career to answering one big question. That question, with a selfish tweak, is the foundation of every post and every recommendation in the HCO blog.
How can we make SaaS businesses both more productive AND more humane?
I don’t know what I think until I write it down. And that, my friend, is a BIG reason why this blog exists. I’m here to share and I’m here to learn. Here’s hoping you will do the same.
Cheers!
About Michael
Hi. My name is Michael Tribble. I’m a go-to-market operator, advisor, and writer.
For the better part of my career, I’ve lead sales and revenue operations teams within mid-size [$50M to $500M ARR] SaaS and CPG companies. My latest work is in the private equity space: serving middle-market software leadership teams as an operating partner and advisor. Together, we transform GTM organizations and build exit roadmaps with the goal of achieving $1B+ valuations.
I’d love to hear from you! If you’d like to learn more about me or reach out to talk shop, A great place to start is my LinkedIn profile.
